Vipparthi Adimurthy is a distinguished figure in space science and technology, known for his significant contributions to rocket technology and space dynamics. He began his career with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), where he served at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) in Thiruvananthapuram, eventually rising to the position of associate director. After his retirement from VSSC in 2010, Adimurthy took on the role of Satish Dhawan Professor at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), where he also served as Dean of Research & Development. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of ISRO Honorary Distinguished Professor at VSSC. Throughout his career, Adimurthy has received numerous honors and awards, including the Padma Shri from the Government of India in 2012 for his outstanding contributions to space dynamics. He has also been recognized internationally, receiving the International Achievement Award Laurel for Team Achievement for his work on Chandrayaan-1, India's first lunar probe, in 2013. Adimurthy's expertise and leadership have made significant strides in advancing India's capabilities in space exploration and technology.
Dr. Abraham Varughese

Dr. Abraham Varughese, an accomplished scientist, assumed the position of Director at Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL) on July 1st, 2023. With degrees from the University of Kerala and IIT Delhi, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Andhra University, earning a Gold Medal for Best PhD in Engineering. Dr. Varughese boasts over three decades of experience in naval systems design and development, particularly in underwater weapons. As Programme Director for Strategic Projects, he played key roles in torpedo development. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of IEEE Visakhapatnam Bay Section and Fellow & Past Chairman of IETE Visakhapatnam Centre. Dr. Varughese is actively involved in academia as a member of the Board of Studies at Andhra University and as a Life Member of professional societies like Computer Society of India and Instrument Society of India. He also leads AHAMAHAMIKA, an NSTL Education Society initiative promoting children's reading habits.
Dr.S. Sundar

Prof. S. Sundar is from the prestigious India’s Number 1 Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He is a Professor of Mathematics and he was Head of the Department of Mathematics, IIT Madras during the period 2017- 2020. He is the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Research Ambassador since 2018. He is Distinguished Alumni of TU Kaiserslautern, Germany and Alumni Ambassador of the City Kaiserslautern, Germany. He was the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2015, IIT Madras and prior to that he was the Chairman, HSEE 2014, IIT Madras. He was one of the leads in bringing Joint Seat Allocation Portal for IITs and NITs in the year 2015. He is a Member of Program Advisory Committee (Mathematical Sciences), DST-SERB. Prof.Sundar was the Member of Faculty Council, IIT Madras Research Park during the period 2012 – 2020. He is the Associate Editor of International Journal of Advances in Engineering Sciences and Applied Mathematics, Springer. He is also Editorial Member of Journal of Indian Mathematical Society and Journal of Indian Academy of Mathematics. He was the key in establishing Centre of Excellence in Computational Mathematics and Data Science, Department of Mathematics, IIT Madras supported under the Institute of Eminence, GoI. His area of research includes Numerics for Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), Mathematical Modeling and Numerical Simulation. He has on his credit over 70 peer reviewed research publications. He has guided 17 PhDs and currently 8 research scholars are working under his guidance. He has guided over 150 MTech research projects and currently over 10 MTech students are pursuing their research projects. He has active contributions to Indian Academy of Mathematical Modeling and Simulation as a Fellow, His rich experience as visiting professor to various Universities across the globe shows his research potentiality. His interest for recent technologies in the field of mathematical modelling is reflected through his deep collaboration with some of the top schools of technical universities in Germany and in general, across the globe.
Dr.V. Kannan

Dr. V. Kannan is a highly distinguished mathematician with an illustrious career spanning over several decades. He holds a Ph.D. from Madurai University, India, and has made significant contributions to the fields of Topology and Category Theory. Dr. Kannan's research interests include the links between Topology and Category Theory, Topological Dynamics, Chaos Theory, and Ordinal Invariants in Topology. Throughout his career, he has held various prestigious positions, including Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor at the University of Hyderabad. Dr. Kannan is a recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the ISCA Srinivasa Ramanujan Award and fellowships from esteemed academies like the Indian National Science Academy and the Indian Academy of Sciences. He is also an accomplished author with numerous publications in reputed mathematical journals and has contributed significantly to mathematics education through textbooks, lectures, and conference proceedings. Dr. V. Kannan's profound impact on the field of mathematics is widely recognized and celebrated both nationally and internationally.
